South Forsyth County--We consider this to be east and west of Interstate 400 in Forsyth County Georgia south of exit 13 (Peachtree Pkwy/ Bethelview Road). This area includes Alpharetta, Cumming, Duluth, Johns Creek, and the Suwanee addresses. This has been the fastest growth area of Forsyth County for the last few years because of all the new commercial development in the Corridor of Forsyth County, including the new “Avenues of Forsyth”, a high end shopping mall located near Ga. 400 and Hwy. 141.

The value of South Forsyth County is in its easy access to Ga. Hwy. 400 which makes commuting to Windward Parkway, the "Perimeter" and even Downtown Atlanta much more convenient. Also, crossing over into Forsyth County can potentially save buyers hundreds in property taxes because Forsyth County has the lowest mileage rates in Metro Atlanta (almost half that of Fulton County.) Also, South Forsyth Schools have posted some of the highest test scores in the county.
